Bob can show you ways to become more mobile and to decrease pain levels through a gentle and non-impact form of yoga within your abilities

Experience one-on-one or small group interactions in your home, in Bob's studio or possibly elsewhere

Bob will meet with you and help to:
  •  Identify your short and long term goals 
  •  Evaluate your whole body mobility/range of motion
  •  Document your symptoms including past, present pain issues
  •  Select appropriate movements you can safely do
  •  Discuss your nutrition concerns
  •  Motivate you to make your health a priority 
    Bob may use various props (mat, blocks, blanket, strap, elastic band, dumbbells, strap, roller, a chair, a wall) to facilitate your movements or incorporate walking to enhance your balance, improve your breathing

    Do not let your age, gender, body type, medical conditions, pain and/or lack of experience prevent you from enhancing your overall fitness and nutrition

    Experience a safe form of physical activity that will enhance your daily activities
